1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using bedflow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
bedflow is a relationship-management and bed-tracking platform for treatment centers and recovery programs, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and related levels of care. The Service provides tools for managing referral partners, tracking leads, monitoring census, coordinating outreach, and supporting alumni follow-up.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you enter into bedflow. We will not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. HIPAA & Protected Health Information
bedflow is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We operate as a technology vendor and can execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when your workflow includes protected health information (PHI). Without a BAA in place, do not enter PHI into the Service. With a signed BAA, PHI may be entered under the terms of that agreement and our privacy policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bedflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
